The Wasp
Without question, Australia has plenty of poisonous animals that can easily fit into this week’s category. The Great White Shark, The Red Back Spider, the Taipan snake, just to name a few. But running out to take a photo of one is probably beyond my skill levels at the moment. So, instead I took this photo of some wasps building a nest in my back garden. These little guys can give a very nasty sting!

Funny you should ask that. It was just with my canon point and shoot. But I held the camera as close as I dared to! And then I think it switches automatically into macro mode and I just press the button! 🙂

Yes, they keep going at it non-stop. I do get worried though if they get any bigger and attracts more wasps.
I did have that thought as well. Beautiful but not exactly welcome artists. Lol
