Photo 101 : Connect

Today’s word is connect and I totally agree with the suggestion that connect is used a lot in the social media space. So, I wanted to suggest something different and took this photo for today’s word connect.

It’s a photo of Windsor Train station in Melbourne. Suburban trains whether above ground or under are ubiquitous in connecting an entire city together. I have taken many a train ride in my time and is often the first mode of transport I consider when I travel as well. Unlike planes which are all about getting there quick or buses which remind me too much of diesel fumes, trains (especially in Europe) just seem to have a romantic flair about them.

Just when I thought I was done with today’s challenge, I thought of a few more ideas of what connect means. Here are some travel photos which came to mind. I hope you enjoy them too.
