This weeks theme for the photo challenge is “Connected”. Instead of one photo or multiple posts, I have opted to put them all into one. So here goes my thoughts . . .
We build roads and bridges to connect our cities (Hoover dam)Even the most basic bridge does the job (Krueger National Park in South Africa)Connected by stories and ancient wall art as dreamtime stories told by an aboriginal elder (Aboriginal cave paintings in Uluru Australia)But sometimes we get a bit disconnected (lost in translation in Marrakesh)When it all fails and there is a REAL disconnect, you can still make the most of it. Love your pics for Connected. The bridge in South Africa looks fun and inviting. The half completed bridge, not so much.
The half completed bridge (and highways) in Capetown was an endless source of amusement for us when speaking with the locals.
I love the bridge photo…very scary, but I want to walk across it!
